HOURS OF OPERATION
Our hours of operation are Monday – Saturday from 8am to 5 pm EST. We are CLOSED Sunday.
Orders placed after 1 pm will generally ship within 3-7 business days excluding weekends.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
ALL CUSTOM ORDER PURCHASES ARE FINAL
PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
Returns will not be processed and/or refunded without the written consent of KY Crafts and Blanks.
WRONG ITEMS:
Wrong Items: YOU MUST INSPECT ALL ITEMS UPON RECEIVING THEM. You must contact us within 3 days after receiving your order for any items that may have been sent incorrectly (wrong color, style, etc). For Wrong items we will either issue you a replacement or refund after the incorrect item is verified and returned to our facility. Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect them within 2-3 business days and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return after inspecting your return(s).
DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO SHIPMENT:
Damaged Items during Shipping: All items are checked for quality assurance prior to shipping and are in functional condition. If items are damaged upon delivery please contact the shipping carrier as we are not responsible for items that are broken or otherwise damaged during the shipping process.
If you would like assistance with this process please do the following...take a photo of the shipping box (you will need this to file a claim if necessary & PLEASE SAVE THE BOX), take a photo of items received (Flaws/defects must be visible), send an email with photos and description of the issue to info@Kycraftsandblanks.com.
MISSING ITEMS:
You must contact us within 2 days after receiving your order to notify us of any items you may be missing. You MUST take a picture of your shipping box with all of your items in the box as we shipped it to you. We also need a photo of the shipping label on the box. Please email photos to: info@Kycraftsandblanks.com
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your unshipped order if the order does not contain custom merchandise; however, we do not refund for handling fees incurred on the order.
PRE BUY/SELL CANCELLATIONS:
Pre-Sales are calculated totals we give to our supplier based on the pre-sale orders. Any cancel pre-sale order will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee of your total order. We do not refund for handling fees incurred on the original order.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
We do not accept returns on any “Custom Orders“, personalized, monogrammed, special order items, & sale items. We sell only first quality garments and we stand behind our products. Although rare, sometimes there are issues with custom orders. KY Crafts and Blanks must be notified via email (info@Kycraftsandblanks.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
OUR SHIPPING POLICIES
We are responsible for your order until it reaches the shipping carrier. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or a FedEx shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping.
FIRST CLASS USPS: This option DOES NOT include insurance. KY Crafts and Blanks is not responsible for items damaged during shipping or by a delivery service.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY (for orders $500 and more) Free shipping is valid for the entire order. If you choose to split your order for any items not in stock, you will be required to pay the shipping on the items for the split order.
We can not issue credit or refund for orders under $500 for free shipping. We can not combine orders under $500 for free shipping.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE to file the claim with the shipping carrier. WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.
SHIPPING INVOICE CANCELLATIONS
For split orders, you will be sent a separate shipping invoice. Shipping invoice should be paid imminently upon receipt. If you choose to cancel your order after we have sent you a shipping invoice you will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the total amount of your refund. We do not refund for handling fees incurred on the original order.
After 7 days of non-payment for a shipping invoice, your order will be returned back to stock and no refund will be issued.
DIGITAL CONTENT POLICY
ALL DIGITAL FILES WILL EXPIRE 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MUST DOWNLOAD AND SAVE TO YOUR COMPUTER. WE CAN NOT RE-ACTIVATE EXPIRED TEMPLATES AFTER 1 YEAR.
YOU MAY:
- Print and sell unlimited PHYSICAL finished items using purchased blanks & digital template from KY Crafts and Blanks, LLC.
YOU MAY NOT:
- Alter the template and claim it as your own.
- Gift, share, or sell the digital file in parts or/and as an element.
- Share or upload to any sharing site.
- Copy or create items which look very similar to the said digital template in order to get around these policies.
- Print Sublimation transfers
- Print in any manner not outlined under the allowed column.
- LASER CUTTERS – Our files are strictly for our laser cut products. You may not use our files to cut your own products.
This TOU applies to all current and future digital templates made by KY Crafts and Blanks, LLC.
